Watermelon Curl Defining Hair Gel

I wanted to love this gel. It took nearly 3 months to receive this product. I was excited when it was received only to open the container to find it has molded. Thankfully, I haven’t even used any product yet. I have only had this product since November 20. I sent Naturally Free a message with images on Monday, November 27. I have only had the product for 7 days and seeing that it’s already molded, this is unacceptable. Naturally Free has not responded to my message. I gave a rating of 1 only because I couldn’t give 0.

I have an extremely sensitive scalp and usually make my own flaxseed gel. I have literally NEVER found a ready-made product that doesn't bother my scalp.... Until now! My hair dries quicker than with my own gel, and the hold is good for a few days. You can easily add a bit with water to refresh the style. I don't know how they did it, but this makes travelling abroad (and domestically, actually) so much easier for me. My hair is shiny, curled nicely, and soft. THANK YOU!!!!!
